Hi,
My wife has been on I-485 for the last two years. She left and entered the
U.S. many times with her advance parole which was always kept current and
renwed, as was her EAD.
Last time she was paroled into the U.S. was a bit over a year ago. Now we
realized her I-94 has expired. She's still on I-485 with current EAD and
advance parole documents.
My questions:
1) Are we in trouble? is the process in danger?
2) If she leaves the country now, will they detect the expired I-94 at the
airport and would this mean trouble for our pending I-485 case?
Any advice would be appreciated !

Hi
Once you have applied for AOS u status is pending AOS. and I-94 does matter much then. It only says that when filing AOS u should be in some kind of status(unexpired I-94). But after filing AOS it does not matter.
1) Are we in trouble? is the process in danger?
Not to my opinion.
2) If she leaves the country now, will they detect the expired I-94 at the airport and would this mean trouble for our pending I-485 case?
Wont be a problem as long as u have valid parole and are able to answer the inspections officers answers satisfacotriy.
BTW i am in same boat that is to say I-94 will expire soon.
Regards
