Hi,
My I-94 duration stamped by the visa officer is greater than my E-3 visa expiry date.Is this normal because for E3D they have stamped less.
Thanks,

What are the dates on the stamp and when were they stamped? The visa only has to be valid at the time of entry. They sometimes limit the person's stay to the expiry of the work petition on H and L visas. An E-1 and E-2 visa gets admitted for 2 years even if their visa expires tomorrow. I think an E-3 is for 2 years too. Is your spouse the E-3 dependent? Sometimes they limit the stay to the passport expiration date.

You do realize that Smurt is certifiably insane, and isn't even in the US, right? He posts on different boards asking different bizarre questions about random subjects. Often these questions are just copied and pasted from another person's post, either here or on another web board. This is just another one. He's a total freak. Any reply is a waste of your time.

I'm not wasting my time. I'll be here each time you post your crap, reminding people that you aren't who you say you are, and you aren't where you say you are, and that your posts are just delusional rants.
