Hello all,
A quick question:
If the beneficiary of the petition is filling form I-907 (Premium
Processing) for a I-129 petition, should he/she write his/her name in
the field "If filed on your own behalf: Individual named in the
related case" ? In other words, who is the "Individual named in the
related case": the applicant or the petitioner?
Similarly, what does mean "If filed on behalf of a company: Company or
business named in the related case" ? If the petitioner fills in the
form, should he fill in the first or the 2nd field?
Thank you!

I suspect that this applies to I-539s filed for an H-4 dependent of an
H-1B. The "related case" would be the primary beneficiary's I-129.
I could be mistaken, though.
