Default I-90 and Reply:Change of Address

Hi All!

I have electronically filled I-90 for my son, because his green card
was never received. I put our new address in the application since we
have to move to that address in 10 days. I submitted change of address
as soon as we moved in (by phone to the NCSC and sending AR-11), but
this happened after filling the I-90. Both addresses - that in I-90
and our present address are identical, so we should have no problems
to receive our green card to the new address when it comes. Two weeks
ago I inquired about the status of I-90 and got the following written
responce:
"The status of your request is: Your address was already changed when
you submitted an address change with the NCSC. Please be sure you are
registered to receive mails at the address listed in your application.
Your name must be phusically placed on your mailbox. This and failure
to submit address changes are the two major reasons mail is returned
to us as an undeliveravle." ...Do I have a problem? The new address
and the address in I-90 are identical...Please advice!

Thank you!
