I-864 question

Hey all,

Real quick, on page 3 of the I-864, Part 4, Section D "Sponsor's Annual Household
Income" there is a bit that is indented and bolded, INDICATE MOST RECENT TAX YEAR. Is
this to be filled out by me, even if I filed a single/separate tax return for the
most recent tax year?

The way it is indented and listed under the other sub-bullets is deceiving. I believe
I have to and in addition state "sponsor's individual income'.

Thanks, Nicole

If you are the sponsor then you will put your annual income for the most recent tax
year which would be 2000. They are not asking about how you filed your most recent
taxes in that question, they are asking how much was your annual salary from the most
recent tax year.
