I-864 ... advise plz !!!
Hello everybody ...
About I-864 , my spouse,USC is full-time student so she hasnt filled tax-return for 2002. ( Also , IRS wnot be giving clearance till mid-april as its 2001 as recent tax year. Joint sponosor ( her dad ) has already filled for 2002. ( he has tax return from 1999 to 2002 ) . The thing is, We want to show her dad's 2002 tax return as its above 125% lines , but thats not the case in 2001 . Can we put main sponsorer (my USC wife) for year 2001. and for joint sponsorer ( my father-in-law) as year 2002. Need your valuable advise. Thanks Rgds Tokyo-Chap. |

If you and your spouse have been living together and have an income of over 15000 or so, then you have enough income. Do you live in the US? Have you been living with your wife for 6 months or longer? |
