I-693 result Do I need to send them all with AOS forms?
Any info is appreciated, Just got married to a US citizen in SC, getting ready to send forms, like I-130,I-485,I-765,G-325A,I-693,I-864. I made an appointment with the civil surgeon in the area for medical examI-693, Do I have to send the result alltogether with the forms? Thanks
2. Can I not travel under VWP while awaiting AOS?

Yes, include everything. Hopefully the doctor gave an additional copy of the vaccination record. If not, do not open the envelope but mail it all out.
No, you need Advance Parole for travel outside of the US while your I-485 is pending. And this you should only use if you have no overstay of 180 days or more.
Whichever fits you best.

I do not care to get into any 10-foot pole issues on this one. That said, the only thing I might mention is that a VW applying for adjustment who does not have the unlawful presence may actually have their position improved by use of advance parole. This has never been litigated, but what HAS been litigated is the legal position of VW's who have their adjustments denied for any reason.
