I had titers (blood tests) done for mine.

They weren't reimbursable through my insurance, but I considered it to be a cost associated with the Green Card process and submitted an expense claim through my employer for the out of pocket cost.

As an aside, for veterans of the US military of a certain age, “BCG” was the acronym for the extremely ugly GI eyeglasses. So, I had to do a translation in my head.
