I received my I-512L Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States today.

It correctly lists my name, address, dob, etc and the bottom LH of the page has my photo.

However, above the photo is someone else's name and signature, and the National Benefits Center Parole Stamp is blank. There is an embossed stamp of some nature impressed on my photo.

I'm assuming there is an error with the document, but I'm just seeking advice before I can contact the issuers on Tuesday.

Is it the boss' name? I recall this coming up before and when the name was googled, it's the UnderSec'y of the Dept or somesuch..
Post the name?

edit: If it is Robert M. Cowan, you're not the first one.

I just checked Sadegh's old AP document. Right above Sadegh's photo, there is the name Robert M. Cowan, and his signature which also says "Signature of Immigration Officer". The box across from the photo says "National Benefits Center" and then "Parole Stamp" inside the box. The box itself is blank. I believe when you re-enter the USA, this is where the POE office will stamp it.

From my perspective, the OP's AP is correct as is.
