I am currently filing out the i-485 applications for my wife, she entered in Feb. on
a tourist visa and I proposed to her on valentines day and got married 1 month later.
I am filling out the forms for adjustment of status. Part 2 of form I-485 application
type I am not sure what to select here can anybody help/

Select option (a) an immigrant petition is immediately available... this is because
you are concurrently also going to file an I-130 for her, and the INS *presumes* that
it is approved since you are a US citizen (and I hope that you are).
