Default I-485 "Applying with you?" question

Hi All,

Could you help me with this one?
I am hesitant to answer the I-485 "Applying with you?" question. My
I-140 got approved (took two weeks!) and I am sending my I-485 along
with I-485 for my daughter, who is turning 21 in a month. My wife still
hasn't passed her medicals, and obviously won't wait; she will send her
I-485 later.

The question is, what do I put into the "Applying with you?" box for my
wife? "Yes" (she is applying, but later), or "No" (she doesn't apply at
this time)?

Thanks
Andy

Make sure that you request expedited processing. Since the I-140 was
approved so quickly, your daughter will age out two weeks (the time it took
for the I-140) after her 21st birthday. By then, both your and her I-485
must be approved, or she will no longer be eligible.

You may want to contact your Congressperson for assistance, since you have
so little time.

No.
