Hi,
I am not sure if I am filling the form correct.
1.On Current USCIS Status, I put K1 Visa.
2.On Expires on (mm/dd/yy) I am not sure what to put. On my k1 visa,
there is expiration date 29Apr2007. But I entered the states on 4
Nov2006, so I am not sure if I should put that on. On the visa, there
is also the annotation section that has petition name and another
expiry date which is Feb30, 2007. The other exp date showing on I-94
is Feb 2, 2007. ;-(
3.On Non-Immigration Visa Number, there are 3 different numbers on the
visa and I do not know which is the correct one. THere is the control
number, the number color RED with just numbers, no alphabets.
also there is a number below annotation section, under the exp. date.
with A to start with followed by 8 different numbers.
4.In Section B. Listing present husband and wife. There is a A# beside
it, what is the A# means, is it the one showing on my visa under
annotation?
Thanks for assistance!!!
