Default I-130---second time to sponsor..

Hello
We got married last week and we are preparing for I-130 and I-485 (from H1b)
This is second marriage for my husband and he sponsored his ex-wife before.
ex-wife received her GC, but they didn't stay married over 2 years. Her GC
is already expired (no removal of condition.. ).
My question is, even though my husband already became a sponsor for someone
else, can he still be a sponsor? I am worried about BCIS will deny his(my)
petition.. Please let me know if someone is in same boat.. and your
story..
Thanks.

There is no limit, and I have seen some people post here that have
sponsored multiple K-1's. I wouldn't think having sponsored more than
one I-130 is out of the question.
