Huh? Refund check for overpayment?
We sent our 130/145 application (through our lawyer) to the San Fransico Office on the last week of January and got our notice in the second week of March. I know that there was a fee decrease/incease during the month of February. I'm sure that this is something I should not be worried about but just curious to see who else got a refund for the difference.
We got 3 checks from United States Treasury
