How will a criminal charge in the U.S. affect my E2 visa?
I just found out that I am under investigation and may be charged with a criminal charge in California.
I am really worried about my visa as I am just getting my business going in the Los Angeles area. Can anyone point me at some good resources or attorneys to figure out if my E2 business visa will be revoked if I am charged? I am at a critical juncture and need to sort this out asap...

Depends entirely on what you end up being charged/convicted of I'm afraid. An answer based on the limited given information will be a wild guess.

Indeed, depends what it is.
I was informed by my attorney when applying for E2s to never, ever get a DUI as that's end of the road. I can point you to our attorney but she is UK based.
You do mention a criminal charge - if you're innocent and have confidence that it'll go that way, you should be fine.
