Can anyone advise me as to how (or even, if) I would go about applying to sponsor my
assistant, an Englishman, who is currently on optional practical training? I created
the job for him and he has become an indispensable part of not only my business, but
also my wife's.

I would appreciate any guidance/info.

Regards

You'll probably have to get H-1B status for him. In my opinion it's foolish to try to
do this without a good immigration attorney.
