Default HOW LONG, filing from eastern europe??

My husband and I haven't actually filed, yet, but filing for us means
that I have to go to the US without him :-(
Can someone tell me how long it will take to finish the whole green
card process and get my husband to the US? We were married in eastern
europe a year ago, and I've heard the process can take 2-6 months. Is
that correct? Any help would be appreciated!! THANKS.

A couple of ideas:
Read/post in alt.visa.us.marriage-based as it is more specific to your needs.

Tell us what country you live in and both your nationalities.

The process can take from 30 days-5 years, depending on where you're from, your criminal/medical background, your financial present and where you file your paperwork.

Ok...finally I got this thing to work (our google page is in Ukrainian
and it took me awhile to figure it out. Sorry for email.)
Anyway thanks sending me to the marriage based place. I'll have to
check it out.
I'm currently living in Ukraine, but before that I only lived in
Canada.
I'm both American and Canadian.
Will that pose a problem that I've never lived in the US yet?
Paperwork will all to the US embassy in Poland.
If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. THank you for
your help!
