Default How does a startup company sponsor H1B?

Hi all,

I have a question regarding startup company sponsoring an H1B visa.

Situation:
I have MS in Software Engineering (graduated 2006). I started a
medical software development company with a physician in 2004 when I
was a student and I used to work as an intern. At present I am on OPT
and work fulltime for this company. I am a minor partner in this
venture. The company is funded by the physician's practice. This
company is just coming out into business and doesn't really have any
profits as of yet. However, the physician's practice has sufficient
funds to support my H1B salary and expenses of the software company.

My question is: how should my employer show the link between funds of
the physician's business and the startup software company? Owner of
both companies is the same person.

I hope I made myself clear.

Any help or suggestion is welcome.
