Default house owners-can they get us visas?

hi, everyone !
if there are any immigration specialists amongst you kind folk, can you pls tell me if its possible to get US citzenship if you buy a house in the US for the purposes of renting out. of course, it wont be a bisiness as such but i am looking at a scenario whereby 2 or 3 houses could be bought and the income from them provide a living for myself. any ideas, pls?

No, it does not work like that. Just imagine, then anybody could buy a house here
from anywhere in the world and become a US citizen? You need at least 500000 dollars
investment and employ at least 10 americans to be eligible on an investor's visa.

Absolutely not!! If that were the case, everyone from Mexico would be buying
property.
