Hi again all! (For those who remember me.)

Well, I guess this is my visit every once in a while. There is something that I am not entirely sure of since moving from London to Canada, but in terms of visiting the US do I still do the ESTA thing as a UKC? Here is a shortlist of my current situation:

1. Moved from England to Canada four months ago.
2. Was on a full Canadian work permit, but am currently on GATS, as a rush was necessary for me to start as the original work place went under.
3. When getting my GATS (effectively a three month work permit whilst my full one is arranged) I had to take an 'administrative refusal' from the US Border as Canada requests that you must not be present in Canada to get any kind of work permit. The refusal at the US Border was that I had no reason to be in the US.

That's about it really. I'm guessing that I still fill out ESTA, but just need to confirm.

Thanks in advance. :)

Yes. You'll complete an I-94W at the border if you drive across, or you need to complete ESTA in advance if you fly. No need to complete ESTA in advance if you're driving.
