Hello
I am currently in the UK completing my masters and I am applying
for US citizenship. I noticed there is a rule about that the candidate
must "have resided in the district or state of residency for the last
three months."
But since I am outside for studying purposes, can I still apply from
outside the US? Also, Do i need to provide any additional forms/
documents to show that I'm studying in the Uk so they may waive the
restriction?
Thanks.
