Help, please. Will pay fee.
Do you live in Moscow?
I am willing to pay you a fee to get me a "police
certificate." I think it's called "SPRAVKA OB OTSUTSTVII."
I am not Russian but I lived in Moscow for some time in the
sixties and now I urgently need this document
issued by the Ministry of the Interior (MVS?) stating that I don't have any
police
record. Please reply with your terms to
