Hi ,

My present company is going to apply for my L1 visa by March 1st week
and there is another company in US which is going to apply for my H1
as on April 1st. Is it allowed?

1. What is going to happen if my L1 petition gets approved and then my
H1 application reaches
USCIS?
2. In case I have both the petitions approved, can I still get my Visa
stamped based on the approved L1, without having any problems?
3. is there any problem of getting my L1 invalidated, for the fact
that my H1 also is approved, later?
