Can somebody please help me to fix gramma and spelling mistakes

on the letter I wrote below . My English if not so good . Thank You so

My wife married me for green card ... please help

2 years ago , I met my wife during a trip to the Philippine ,
after I met my wife for only a few days in the Philippine ,
she told me that she loves me so much . She told me she wants to
marry me and move to the USA to live with me forever .
She also convinced me that if I marry her , she will take
very good care of me , everyday she will cook , clean up
the house and be a good wife

I am a disable person and I have only 1 arm and can't do much thing ,
My life living depends on my family a lot . After being convinced by
my wife ,
I agreed to marry her because I thought she really loved me and I
needed her

After the day we got married in the Philippine , my wife told me that
she doen't want to have sex with me yet until she meet me in America
.
I respect her and waiting for the day she will come to the US to live
with me

Finally , the happy movement has came , after few years waiting , my
wife came to America

But everything has changed . Everything my wife told me and promised
me
in the Philippine were the lies . She seems unhappy to live with me .

She refused to have sex with me .

We sleep in the same room , on the same bed , but she doesn't want me

to touch her body . Everytime I touched her , She would say
she's tired and She told me to leave her alone .
She also told me that she doesn't want to have kids with me .
She also always ask me to give her the money , she searchs into my
pockets to get the money

One day , my Wife's Auntie came to my house and she told me that
I have to give my wife all the money that I received from SSI ,
she threaten that if I don't treat her nice , she will divorce me


After 2 moths living together with my wife , I decided to divorce her
because she refused to have sex with me and she doesn't want
to have kids with me and she always ask me to give her the money .


I realized the truth is that my wife only marry me
for the GREEN CARD and for the MONEY , she never loved me

I have filed for a divorce and I have received the Final Judgement of
Divorce Statement from the court

We sleep in the same room and on the same bed, but she does not want me to touch her body. Every time I touch her, she would say she was tired and she told me to leave her alone. She also told me that she does not want to have children with me. She also asks me to give her money all the time, and she searches in my pockets to find the money.

One day my wife's aunt came to my house and told me that I would have to give my wife all the money that I received from SSI; she threatened that if I did not treat my wife well, she would divorce me.

After two months of living together with my wife, I have decided to divorce her
because she has refused to have sex with me, does not want to have children with me, and always demands money from me.

I have realized the truth that my wife only married me for permanent resident status in the United States and for the money; she never loved me. I have therefore filed for divorce and have received a final divorce judgment from the court.

Reporting that you are divorced does not end any sponsorship obligation you have to USCIS on behalf of your former wife. Reporting that you are divorced has no impact on your wife's residency, unless it occurs prior to removing "conditions" from her green card (if she had any to begin with). If she has "conditions" then it might alert USCIS to the fact that she has failed to inform them of the status of the marriage (which I believe is a requirement whilst I-751 is pending). If she has not yet petitioned to remove "conditions" (if applicable in her case) then informing USCIS would alert them to her need to file a waiver of the joint filing requirements.


Now as far as reporting fraud is concerned, I doubt that anything will cause you trouble unless you mistakenly imply that you were a willing participant in the fraud, but if written with dates, times and facts which demonstrate clearly that your wife entered into the marriage with the sole intent of establishing residency in the USA, I think it might cause some for her.

Agree with Bionomique -- letter really needs a restructure with more facts if this is to report the alleged fraud to USCIS. If your former wife has already had the conditions removed, it is maybe moot. But if not, maybe it would be worthwhile spending some time putting a more suitable letter together.

very well, receiving welfare, claiming to be 'disabled' to get free money.
Bringing another woman over here then asking for more money on welfare for
his 'wife.'
