Help DS-156 for H1B interview
Hello All,
I am filling out the DS-156 for an H1B interview.
Question 31. asks,
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?
I have applied for the Green Card Lottery few times, should I say Yes to this question? and would that affect my chances of getting a visa?

Participation at the Green Card Lottery is NOT an immigrant visa
petition.
It only becomes one once, after having won, by replying to the "winning
letter".
