Hello everyone. My fiancee and I are currently awaiting an NOA2 from
Nebraska Service Center. He has just moved to a new apartment, thus
has a different address than when I sent off the initial petition.
How do I go about reporting his new address? Is there a form I file
or do I send a letter?? Etc... Thanks in advance for any help on
this.

I did a search on the BCIS and came up with this. I am not sure its the right form but it may be.

I moved house while in the same position as you and I just sent a letter in to the service center with my case number, clearly stating my old and new address. The next correspondence I received went to my new address.
I think the AR-11 form is only to be used when you've entered the US, I filed this when I moved from VA to NC after getting married and before filing AOS.
Best wishes
Jo
