Hi folks looking for some advice and input
I am emigrating to the U.S. with my husband. I was asked to attend a voluntary interview back in 2021 over an allegation that was made against me. No further action was taken after my interview and that was the end of my interaction with the police.
This information doesn’t show up on my enhanced database search/disclosure.
Will my ACRO report show as “no live trace” since I’ve had an interaction with the police. It’s a bit of a grey area, my main concern is if they ask for further documents/supporting evidence against a “no live trace” I won’t have any and worry this could cause some issues.

When I was practicing immigration law, I had practical experience learning not really trust clients’ characterizations of their encounters with law enforcement or the courts until I saw the paperwork.
Just saying.
