HB-1 Renewal and lawyer recommendation
Hi,
I had the first three years for my hb-1 approved and I'm now ready to renew for another three years with the same company. Is the process exactly the same as the first time around (that is department of labor approval, letter from employer, etc) or do I just submit a renewal form?
Also, the lawyer I had the last time around was not very helpful and I ended up doing a lot of the work myself for a lot of money. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable and efficient lawyer?
Thanks.
