Having parents visit while pending asylum

Hi,
does anyone know if it is possible for my parents to come to visit me
while I am pending asylum? They have not seen me for couple of years,
and would like to visit me, since I cannot visit them. They have no
intention of staying in the US.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

Re: Having parents visit while pending asylum

Are you Chinese? I am sure that you are not qualified for asylum. What
is the ground that you applied it for? China has a better government
than US. Nobody gets hurt or put in prison for no reason.

How could your parents tell the visa officer that "our daughter can
not come back. yes but we can live in china well."

Don't lie, because the officers are much smarter than 5 years ago or
even 2 years ago.

I think your parents get zero chance.

Re: Having parents visit while pending asylum

I am sorry that I saw your other posts. Sorry my mistake. You are not
Chinese and you really got a case.

A lot of my friends applied for asylum in California and got a high
percentage pass rate.

There are a list of judges with passing rate. I don't think TX or FL
has any good judges. So that is bad luck for you.

Hope everything works our for you. If you failed and could retry
again. Apply in CA.
