Good for you Joe, you cornered him. That's why I have decided to take what those officers say with a grain of salt. I think they just tell people things so they dont call back as much.

It be real nice if that were true cause my notice date is May 22nd but I am not counting on it happening.

My Fiance and I are on day 164..We got our first Noa on March 28th and have not heard a thing since that time...I am getting very frustrated and concerned...It is a horrible injustice to the people that this center is suppose to be serving..We are being discriminated against because of where we live. If I lived in Vermont I would be married by this time..I just want this process to end.. I want Brett and I's life-living together-married- to begin..

Default NSC processing....

Hah!! I wish they were processing April, I believe (from all the watchdog reports I've seen) that they're processing primarily February right now. We're on day 165 (1st NOA March 19th) I'm maybe expecting to see an approval this month (if we're very lucky) more likely October. Don't be holding your breath if your first NOA is April or May, I think you'll be lucky to see something prior to Christmas.

Spoke with a BCIS rep today -called the 800 number
- He said NBSC was definately backlogged and that the waiting time had indeed been moved to 7mths.. He told me all I could do was to be patient, and wait for my case to be reviewed...I told him that I had been patient for 164 days and he said then the next 60-65 should be no problem for me then... Charming Huh?
