H4 Surrender
Hello,
I was on a H1B and my wife on a H4 visa. We just recently moved to Canada (I'm a canadian citizen) after getting laid off in the US. She's staying in Canada applying for her Canadian immigration with me as the sponsor.
I got a chance to surrender my H1B at the US border but my wife still has her H4 visa. Can she surrender her H4 visa by mailing the I-94 card to the border post?
