H2A Visa question??
Hi All
A quick question:
Will having a 11 year old conviction in the UK prevent a H2A visa (agricultural) being issued. The offence resulted in a small fine but no custodial sentence, looked on various sites but could not find any information on this.

Wouldn't know, but it'll depend on whether it was a CIMT or not, so saying exactly what the offence was would probably get you more help, and would suggest you posting in the US visa section of the forum, or could move the post if you prefer.
