H1B - Vermont Center. It has been 6 months!!!!
I changed to work for a new company. The new I129 petition was file
since Dec.2002. I got notice in Dec.2002 as well. I did not file the
express one, just regular. In notice, it said 30-120 days. I have
not heard anything up till now. Does anyone have same problem?????

I filed my h1b transfer (im in kansas) on december as well and got my new
i20 sometime in early march.

I filed mine in Vermont in nov-2002 and got approved in mid april.. so don't
worry they are taking time these days.

I filed the end of NOV. Is it common to wait much longer if you got
yours in mid april? Thank you.
