Hi everyone,
My dad has been working in the U.S. for the past 3 years and his H1B is up for renewal. He is flying to London and having the renewal of his visa done at the U.S. embassy in London.
Can someone just confirm for me all the documentation he should bring (birth certificates, marriage certificate, letter from employer etc) that he'll need, and also what photo's he needs and how many. Passport style or ADIT?
Thank you very much
James

I'd talk to the horses mouth instead of asking a random group of
netters. See http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_web/visa/niv/happ.htm .
The main thing you missed is his I-797 approval notice for his
extension petition. They won't care whether or not he's married -
his wife will need to prove that if she wants to get a visa.
