H1B Premium, change of status, average I-797 arrival time aftr approval on BCIS websit

My H1b was applied(I-129) on Premium Processing with the change of status request from J1(with waiver) to H1(by selecting the appropriate check box in I-129).
1. The BCIS website shows my status as approved online. Does it means my H1 Petition is approved or my change of status is approved? I have heard that, in similar situations, some people got their H1 petitons approved but got rejected on the change of status.

2. How much time does it generally takes for the approval notice(I-797) to reach us by mail after the status is updated on the website? I am in NJ and the filing was done in Vermont Center.

3. I know, if the I-797 which I will receive by mail, has a i-94 attached with it, I will have my change of status request approved. But is there some way I can find out the status of my change of status request, before the I797(with I-94) arrives through regular mail, which might take some time.

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the approval notice to find out.
Chances are that the change of status will be approved, too.

I would allow up to about two weeks.

You could try calling the CIS customer service number. My guess, though,
is that the person answering the phone will have a hard time even
understanding the question. They aren't exactly trained in the subtleties
of immigration processing.
