Default H1B Help

Have an offer of employment from a USA firm which I am happy to accept have now found out the above visa program is capped and I wouldn't now be able to start work in the States for 12 months!!
Using your experiences what if any are possible ways to get round this this is very frustrating

there aren't any ways around it, if they want you, they'll have to wait till next April to apply for your visa for the Oct start.

If the company is none profit and owned by a uni, there isn't a cap, or if it's a uni position.

There were an extra 20K visa's for those for have a masters from a US institution, but I think that cap has also long passed.

Go to Mexico.
Cross U.S. borders.
Work in U.S. as the rest of 25 million illegal criminals.
Let the "company" get you H1B visa.
Go back home to pick your visa.
Welcome in U.S.A.

LOL Dizum. Your poor grammar suggests that you're either:
1. Educationally sub-normal or
2. One of those 25 million.

Shut yer gob.
