Default H1B was denied

Hello..

My H1B visa was denied recently and I am wondering what are my options now.

US consulate officer has decided that I am doing kids pornography on the internet. Apparently I was refused my H1B visa after that however what really surprised me is the reason for this decision.

Back in 1998s I have created a home page on the net that was related to my software development background and I have also created web conference at those pages..

1-2 years after I have completely forgot about the page however as the hosting was free and it was not required to pay for it, the page stayed on the net for all these years. And web conference stayed on the net. So finally it was totally spammed and that was considered by the consular officer as a ground for the determination that he eventually did.

The question now - is there any way to appeal? Right now it looks like I'm trying to hit a wall

There are much more details regarding this case available at my livejournal blog:

Regards,
Alex.

Hi:

You have to work with the consular officer on THE FACTS. You've got a lawyer -- use her -- if she feels she needs help, there are many lawyers out there will to be of assistance -- some of whom are consular "mavens."

BTW, will "www.archive.org" be usesful in tracking the history of that site?
