Default H1B after F1 Rejection

Hello all friends reading this page
I am MCA from India and had applied for F1 visa last year but it was
rejected u/s 214(b) twice. I have my imigration filed to the USA in
1998 so they were right at their point to not to issue F1.
Now I have got a job in a big software company in USA and they are
filing H1B for me. What are my chances of getting H1b now as I have 2
F1 rejections. Moreover what questions can be asked in the visa
interview and what documents I am supposed to carry for the interview.
Please help me. Thanks a lot in advance.

Default Re: H1B after F1 Rejection

ZERO chance.

The Hb1 visa cap will be reduced to almost nothing soon
