HI, I hope some of you can help me.
I am currenly on H1B visa and my wife is
in another country. My wife is on study and cannot
come to US until July 2005.

My employer has submitted the Green card application.
Still in DoLabor. In next few months, I may got the
laber approval and need to submit I485(?).

My question is can I put my wife name there also?
If I put my wife name there, can she enter US during
the application period using H4 visa?

Or how long can I delay the submission of I485 after get
Labor approval?
