Hi Ingo and other gurus
I'm in US on H1-B and am getting married to US Citizen later this fall. I know that
we need to apply for I-130 after we are married, but how does that affect my H1-B
status. I need to travel out of the country twice a year and our application for
I-130 will be handled in Texas (we are in NC) and it takes about a year or so (?).
When I leave the country, do I enter with my H1-B and will the pending I-130 maybe
prevent me from being allowed to enter back to US?
TIA Jaana
