Default H 1 and green card need exp advise

hi ,


I came here on h1 visa currently i am doing good job having visa
till 2006
but my employer is not interested to file but another employer he is
interested
to file green card it is possible to get that job part time and cont
both job on h1. my question is
1 - how can be i do it
2 - other way.

It is highly unlikely that a part time position will lead to a green card...

Hire a good immigration attorney.

Have the second employer obtain concurrent H-1B status for you for part-time
work. If you are going to work part-time for the first employer, and that
H-1B petition originally specified full-time work, then the first employer
will have to file an amended petition for the part time work.

Then, have the second employer start the permanent residence process for
you. This can only be done if you will work full-time for the second
employer at the time permanent resident status is approved. This can be a
few years from now.
