Default greencard with maiden name. problem?

hi all!

anybody with maiden name in greencard? USCIS always send me any letters with my maiden name still. when i went to AOS interview i spesifically asked the lady officer to put my married name, she typed something in the computer but somehow the GC arrived with my maiden name.

so lets see. i got passport with my maiden name, now my GC. my DL, SSN card are in my married name. i am not working now because i still have a 4-months-old baby.

so which one is best for me, should i let it just like that, or go and get replacement card with my married name? will there any problems with this GC, for instance if i go fly outside USA and back?

any input will be appreciated. thanks before!
