greencard lottery

i am from the UK,
Is there any chance of being able to enter the green card lottery if my grandmother was born in Germany?not my mother. even though my grandmother pretty much raised me? Thanks in advance

No. Eligibility is through your place of birth, your spouse's place of birth, or your parents' place of birth. Grandparents are not included in the mix.
