Greencard arrived in mail... journey over for now!
Hi all
Well I finally recieved my conditional greencard in the mail, it arrived last Thursday. It looks very similar to my EAD card.
I can't believe its finally over at least for now... i'm so used to filling out paperwork checking out my status and awaiting interviews that i'm shocked its all over!
Of course there is still the removal of conditions but i'm not thinking about that right now... i've got 2 years of non USCIS bliss!
Hope you all had a romantic valentines!
James

I can't wait so that I don't have to do anything for 2 years (less 90 days). I am in a mountain of paperwork right now for my interview in April. Looks like my husband has to re apply for his passport too as its gotten lost but forget me.
Congratulations!!

Congrats,
I personally think the green card looks a lot cooler than the EAD card, the back strip with the image of the holder is kinda cool

I had recieved my 10 year green card about 3 months ago now so you know how happy I was that I don't have to deal with them for 10 years if I don't want to. But I'll be sending in my 400 in about 3 year to become a citizen, but thats three years off so I still have time to be happy.
