Green card renewal form question

The I-90 form is asking 2 questions we are unsure how to answer.
1) Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.
List the location of the U.S. Embassy, U.S. Consulate, or USCIS office where you filed your application for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.
and
2) Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.
List the location of the U.S. Embassy, U.S. Consulate, or USCIS office where you were issued animmigrant visa or granted lawful permanent resident status.

is this asking us for the location of the London embassy where we applied for our L1 visas OR the city we lived in when we applied for the green cards (Columbus Ohio)? or both? any suggestions?

Thanks Noorah, I dont know where the application was physically sent (lawyers did that part) so is the city we did the Biometrics (Columbus) good enough?

if you still have the letter that your GC was attached to, the name of the office is on there.

ohh TY. That letter says Nebraska service center. Should we be putting that as the answer to BOTH the questions?

sorry - realised your first post said you were living in Columbus.
So Nebraska is where it was issued. Can you remember if you sent to the local Columbus/Ohio office
