Hello, I am working on H1-B visa for a company as a software developer, my present
employeer is not willing to sponsor me for green car, I don't have any other
employeer so how can I apply by myself.

You have to find a different company. Otherwise, unless you get married, become a
refugee, invest a million bucks or have some family in the US, you can't get a
green card.

You don't have to work for this employer any more. Just find another employer and
once you are selected for the (new) position, talk about your GC requirement.

It's easy to transfer H1-B from employer to employer. Don't keep asking or try to
pursue 'sources' at this current employer. It's sheer waste of time. Good luck

Relax.

When your H1-B expires, You can request the State Department's "exempted valued
professional" application form from:

Dennis Mahon, (or Andreas Strassmeir) Administrators for US Computer Professionals
Foreign Exchange, Elohim City, Oklahoma

But VERY important! You must return it within 90 days after you receive it.
(Mr. Strassmeir's office is very strict about that).
