Green Card Delivery Timeframe
Hi
Entered US on an IR1 visa on 21 November last year and obviously have my visa vignette in my passport stamped (Temp I-551), paid the immigrant visa fee before entry and USCIS state should have Permanent resident card within 90 days of entry (for me 21 Feb) With Covid etc does this seem realistic? And is there anyone out there who has a timeframe as I’ve not managed to find one!
TIA

No current experience, but that sounds right to me. Even if it takes longer, the I-551 stamp in your passport is valid for 1 year, so that's your proof of PR status. Is there a reason you're in a rush for the plastic card?

No rush for me as such, however I have more than a few instances where trying to explain and use the visa stamp as proof of residency has caused problems accepting or understanding!
