Hi all, apologies as I'm sure this has been done to death but......

I filed I140 and I485 concurrently, have notifications showing these are being processed at TSC and I have a received date of 6 OCT and Notice date of 14 OCT (I am on an L1A visa for a small company, 3 years - started earlier this year).

Does anyone have any idea on how long this GC application might take (I see that the USCIS site says 4-4.5 months but is this realistic).

Thanks in advance - having a GC would be such a relief....

EB1C, being processed at TSC.....last update on USCIS case tracker was yesterday. Any idea what, if anything, that means?

You could look at http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/i140 but the figures vary wildly for people in the same boat as you from the information given, it seems.

currently reckons 4 months for the I140, but only processing upto mid April 2010 for I485. YMMV though

Try doing it on H1B, 5 years so far and nada

I filed in Feb 2010. I've had two 'further info' requests and still wait for a decision.

Mine took less then 3 months but it was filed at Nebraska office.
