Hi, I am working as a IT Professional on H1-B visa from last one year. Can I apply for
green card by myself or I need sponsor? Coz my present employeer is not willing to sponsor
and I wanna secure my future.

An employment based GC application by definition requires the sponsorship of an employer.
Of course, if you marry an American citizen, you could get a family based GC.

Why would they not sponsor you? Offer them that you'll pay for it (will cost you a
fortune, but I think it's a good investment).
