Got my GC!
I finally got my Greencard!
April 2008 - moved to NYC on L1B.
Jan 2011 - switched to H1B
July 2012 - started PERM process.
May 2015 - got the GC!
Cant remember the exact dates when PERM was approved, but it was EB3 application, and at one point was expecting a wait of many years before my status could be adjusted, but around last summer the priority dates started jumping forward massively. I got the EAD a few weeks ago, and then GC arrived within a month.
So...if anyone is waiting, don't give up hope. It's a long process, but it's worth the wait.

Woohoo!! Congratulations, we've been in the system since 2007 (long, complicated story), and still waiting, so I'm pleased you can finally relax and enjoy
